The company was established by two seasoned professionals: Dr. Willie Herenton, who serves as Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Gray, the Principal Broker and Managing Partner. Dr. Herenton is a trailblazer, recognized as the first Black mayor of Memphis, where he served five consecutive terms and significantly influenced the city’s progress. Before his mayoral career, he led Memphis City Schools as superintendent from 1979 to 1991. Michael Gray, a Memphis native and Hamilton High School graduate, dedicated six years to military service in the US Army and later retired from the City of Memphis after more than 30 years, including a distinguished tenure as a Commissioned Police Officer for twenty-five years. Collectively, they bring over sixty years of experience in real estate and public service.
